1. Introduction & Services Provided

Welcome to Jawad Builds. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We specialize in software engineering, providing bespoke digital experiences, high-performance web applications, and custom Python automations tailored to your operational needs.

2. Project Scope, Revisions & Deliverables

All project requirements, deliverables, and timelines will be explicitly outlined in a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or initial project brief.

  • Any features or integrations not listed in the agreed scope will be subject to additional billing.
  • Standard web applications and automation scripts include two rounds of minor revisions unless otherwise specified.
  • Final deliverables are handed over only upon successful completion of the testing phase and final payment clearance.

3. Payment Terms & Milestone Invoicing

Payments are structured into milestones to ensure continuous alignment during the engineering process. Typically, this entails a non-refundable initial deposit to secure placement in our development queue, followed by milestone-based invoicing. All invoices are due within 7 days of receipt. Late payments may result in a temporary halt of development services.

4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon receipt of full and final payment, you will receive full intellectual property rights to the custom source code, designs, and workflows created specifically for your project. Jawad Builds reserves the right to retain generic boilerplate code, open-source libraries utilized, and the right to display the completed project as a case study in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we architect robust and secure digital infrastructure, Jawad Builds cannot be held liable for losses or damages arising from third-party service outages (e.g., cloud hosting providers, external APIs), unapproved client modifications to the source code post-handoff, or force majeure events. Our custom Python scripts and automations are provided as-is and the client assumes all responsibility for their operational execution.
